When planning a retrofit, there are several factors to consider – especially when switching from high-pressure sodium lighting to LED lighting. During this panel, cannabis leaders specializing in LED lighting technology, cannabis climate control solutions and cultivation science will explore the different challenges growers encounter during the retrofit process and discuss best practices for upgrading technology.
The panel will be led by Casey Rivero, Cannabis Solutions Architect at Fluence. Jesse’s fellow panelists include Aaron Fellabaum, Director of Strategic Accounts – Cannabis for Fluence, and Daniel Banks, Vice President of Cultivation for Lightshade. Jesse is a previous Cannabis Cup winner and avid genetics collector who has spent his professional career operating commercial cannabis cultivation facilities and consulting on commercial projects.
